A new Steamworld game has been announced!

Although the series of Steam world is not one of the most popular in the market, Thunderous Games, those responsible for the franchise, do not give up, and constantly create unique experiences. Steam world Headhunter is the next chapter on this expansive world starring robots. This delivery is a continuation of the events of Steam world Dig 2, but it is not a direct sequel to this title. In this way, we will have a totally different Gameplay style, since this will be the first incursion in the 3D world for this property. This is the description offered:

We are very excited to finally reveal Steam world Headhunter, the next game of the Steam world franchise, which follows the events (literally) devastating Steam world Dig 2. Steam world Headhunter is a cooperative action adventure in third stylized and colorful person with a headlight.

Outside the fact that Headhunter will be a game of shooting in the third cooperative person, there is no more information about it. There is no launch date or something like that. Thunderous Games already handed us two metervanias, a tactical game, a tower defense and an RPG under the name of Steam world, and it will be interesting to see how they explore a new genre.
